In the majority of cases we aim to offer a direct claim service, free of charge, whereby you pay your excess to the clinic, and we then submit the claim to your insurance company, to pay the clinic directly on your behalf

As always it is ideal when a client's pet is insured but many are not. We offer an affordable orthopaedic referral service without sacrifice of quality.
